Breaking Routine

So far this month has been going pretty well for me. I've been playing a ton of live poker and am up quite a bit - I'm on pace to have a $15k month, which would be my biggest winning month ever. I'm pretty excited about this considering in early December my entire bankroll was all of $4000.

However, that's about the only thing I've been able to accomplish thus far. I seem to have fallen into a routine of waking up in the mid-late afternoon, wasting a few hours online, getting ready and going to play live, then coming home late and spending some time with my girlfriend before finally heading to bed sometime between 3 and 6am. In this routine, I seem to have no time for actually playing poker online, studying, or making my way to the gym. It's a problem, and I need to break my routine.

I've officially given up on unlocking my Full Tilt bonus after losing most of the small roll I left online. I think I have about $400 left online, which is going to be transferred back to Stars shortly (accompanied by a deposit) so I can at least put in enough volume to maintain Supernova in February. Hopefully they'll give a deposit bonus soon, as I was very disappointed not to see one for the new year.

I'm also really looking forward to seeing what (if any) changes Pokerstars makes to their cash game tables. Maybe they'll actually do something that brings more fish into the games I play - a welcome change, obviously. It would be nice to be able to start beating the games again.

I still have to play about 7.5k hands of 6max and all 10k hands of PLO to reach my goal, and will be trying to get money on Stars shortly so I have enough time to that. However, they're my least important goals for the month. I've had one session with my coach and hope to fit 2 more in before the end of the month, but this means actually playing poker.

I've managed to actually join a gym - less than 2 miles from my home, but the only time I've been there was when I joined. I really need to start heading back on a regular basis.

I'm hoping to have my next post on here be in the next few days, and probably much shorter with a few hand histories or something.
